Lost Cat, Can I Really Help?

As an animal communicator the topic of contacting a lost animal is daunting. Many communicators won’t and those who venture forth are successful 40% of the time. The trouble lies in the ability to connect the energy of the animal, to their human and me. There is no address and that’s a big vibrational draw. The animal is also in survival mode furthering its ability to focus on an outside voice of reason. People assume their pet wants to return which isn’t always true. But for most, they desperately want to return home. It is a fractured scenario that I don’t wish for any relationship. As an animal communicator I do my best to offer the human and the animal support. I just had a session with a missing city cat. The cat’s feline friend also lent valuable information in trying to piece together the puzzle. He requested a sound that was indeed made by the owner before each meal. He also suggested it to be played on the back porch during the wee hours of the morning when all is quiet. In case you are wondering; it was an electronic sound. There were indications of his location and an outside woman who may play a role in his whereabouts. I can only hope that these insights will help him return home. There are many factors deterring them such as fright, injury, or indeed they just took a wrong turn and can’t remember how to get back. I can offer them beacons, landmarks and hope. As owners and communicators we do our best to connect and help as best we can but there are unfortunately no guarantees. We hold a prayer in our hearts for all who have wandered in the wrong direction and hope they safely return.
